OCULUS and performance

Hello,
how can I get oculus rift to worck with intel core i3 card.
I need better performence for big ships of 1 km and for planets.When im not in front of a planet i have 100 FPS but in front of planet 20 FPS on a planet 50 FPS.

PS.Im using my USB key because right now im not using my computer.

Processor is irrelevant, but an i3 for an occulus machine? Really?

What GPU do you have?

You're not just going to be able to magic out some performance without either upgrading the machine or turning down settings. Empty space is easy for the game, it's only drawing the skybox, but planets have millions of blocks for it to draw. The lag hits everyone.
