NPC missing after update to 0.188

Hi, the NPC in 2,2,2 is gone after I update my server to 0.188
I tried reset universe by deleting the folder "server-database"
But there still dun have any NPC in the new universe

Is there any command that I can enter to spawn the NPC out manually?
