Planned No more docking beams

Instead of a docking beam, something more like the pulse cannon. It gets annoying that I have to leave my hanger to dock inside it :p.

How about a docking computer that senses all surround rail basics (and clusters) and automatically targets the nearest one. And for specific targeting, something to replace the beam or just use the select 'F' key or other key to select the rail basic or cluster you want to connect to.
