New Docking Bug

schema latest update broke the new docking system.
The new docking seems to always fail the size check.
Some photo evidence:
This is a saved ship. The closer docking system was made in the newest version. The one in the back was the last version. Note the different sizes.

To dock you need to have the bottom of the core exposed. This is why I could not dock in the last photo. Now sure why the extenders are not working though.
