New Block: Docking Ring

New Block: "Docking ring" It works and looks a bit like plex-doors except that these blocks are invisible and intangible unless they are in collision with the docking ring blocks of another structure. This prevents accidental loss of atmosphere and spacing of unwary ensigns. To be clear, this block ignores collision detection except to activate, and to prevent players from passing. That way you can dock your ship at a space station where your ship's door match up to a door in the station wall. Your ring of 16 docking ring blocks overlap those of a hallway sticking ff the station. Both becomer visible and tangible, and you neatly walk off onto the station without falling through the gap.
