Need help with my weapons

My ship has 4 cannons. All of which are filled with antimatter cannons. But even though they are not connected to eachother they always fire as one beam. But when it's just one antimatter cannon placed anywhere on my ship, I get multiple beams. Wtf is going on and how do I fix this. I want each group of cannons to fire their own beam.
