My turret missiles are damaging my own shields.

I have a large ship, about 350000 blocks. The missiles on the turrets are damaging my shields when they hit my ship. They take out huge chunks of my shield. I've tried firing other missiles at my ship and they all do 1 damage. Even when I take one of the turrets off and manually fire missiles at my ship it only does 1 damage. When the AI turrets on my ship damage my shields with missiles, no damage value/text shows up. All the turrets have faction mods. I've tried spawning a new ship and new turrets, it's all the same. I have other large ships with turrets, not quite as big, that isn't giving me this problem at all.
