tractor beam: can pull another ship closer to your own ship.
The power of it should depend on:
+ Size of the canon
- Distance to the other ship; The other ships weight, speed and power of the shields
multiblock weapons: weapons that are build of more than one kind of block
e.g. An antimatter canon could use: a source of the antimatter (fancy technology goes here), a barrel, an acceleration block.
This would make building weapon system much more of a challenge and not just a question of having the resources.
