More mass = Less Shield Effectiveness

    I think it'd be a great and realistic mechanic that how bigger the mass of a ship is, the less effective shields are. It makes sense, because the more mass a shield has to cover, the thinner it would be.

    Sort of. Shields aren\'t less effective, It just costs more to effectively shield larger ship. Which is as it should be.

Anyways, saying the shield covers everything at once is one way, but then again maybe it only \"pops up\" in spots needed? Also with this, it really kills the point of building large ships, because coupled with the recent shield change, all the peoples fears of a tiny ship destroying some sort of behomoth single handedly might just come true.
