Missing default textures

Ever since the new universe update I have been missing textures on some blocks.
I haven't installed any texture packs, and trying different res doesn't help.
Also of note, this happened with my steam install as well as my original install.
I didn't realize there were textures for these blocks at all until I saw people using the blocks in videos, XD

Jump drive module/computer
Warp gate module/computer
Basic hull of every color
Advanced factories
Factory enhancer

any help with ideas of how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. thank you

I hope you're using 'default' and not 'realistic'

Yes, unfortunately our Steam release was shipped with an old set of texture files which were depreciated (and not up to date). In the rush of getting everything ready this detail was missed.

The "Default" textures are 100% complete and are to be considered, well, Defaults.

Future updates will not contain the realistic pack, but neither will the launcher delete files. So they will stay in your installation until you make a fresh install from a newer version of the game.

Hope that clears a few things up.
