Missing chunks

Graphics of this pirate base I spawned near are glitched. Half the station is not showing up. Hugh chunks just gone and it's not damage I inflicted and there is no one near by for sectors.

EDIT: Relogged and now my ship's core is gone. I noticed an asteroid has chunks missing too.
EDIT: After several relogs things sort of look right but Exceptions keep happening.

A similar thing happens to me where a cube around my ship\'s core dissapears, and I can pass through it freely.
