Curently there is no mine lanchers for us to place on our ships. However we can build our own mines using warheads, and make lanchers using rails.
But if we want these mines to truly be useful we need AI subort for them. For example the AI needs to be able to use radar jamming and cloak. It would also be nice if we could tell AI to ram targets.
