Memory Issues

So I've been experiencing some memory issues lately with the "please increase max AND min values in starmade launcher" message resulting in my fps to drop, so I tried increasing my Maximal Memory (MB) to 2048 and my Initial Memory (MB) to 1024 hoping to solve the issue, unfortunately after doing so Starmade would not launch after I click the start game button on the starter. I have tried different values, but it would seem that anything above half a GB on the initial does not run.

How many Gigs of memory do you have?

If you have a 64bit OS, make sure you have a 64bit JRE installed. Remove all other installations of Java.

Now that you mention it I think I have both the 64 bit and the 32 bit installed, thanks for bringing it up, I'll try it out when I get the chance.

nah still aint working, I have 4 gigs allocated to java, but Starmade doesnt start unless the initial memory is set to 0.5 gigs

I have also uninstalled Java 32 bit
