    Hi,

    For a few months, I've been using this build to hone my build skills and experiment with. It started as something else, and has ended up turning into a Medical Ship. It has Cannons and Missiles, but they're not all that effective for battle. The ship is slow to turn as well, so not really a battle worthy ship.







    Here's a wee YouTube demo of features of my Medical Ship prototype. I started building it as something else just to test docking ports I built for all my test modules that I created for easy station/ship/structure building.

    Do the engines as crystal behind ice.

    They are the new standard for the most part.

    I mainly use lights because I can animate with logic. Ideally, a light cube without a frame would be nice. A light with variable illumination would be nice to. Hmm, has anyone suggested this?

    Ideally, I would prefer to have a single light block with multiple functions, but that might be asking too much.
    - variable illumination
    - logic interfacing in/out
    - feedback from the light to use in logic, so "if off do something else if on do something else"

    If you want to be able to use logic to make an effect on the engines you could use plex doors to create the illusion while maintaining a nice engine
