While discussing server woes with my good friend BDLS, we discovered that hosts and admins have no good way of determining the perpetrators of admin abuse or other violations of server rules.
Simply put, this would be a chatlog that could be exported every server restart for the host to view. A live log could also be available via starmote or the lightweight server GUI (forget what its called), but the host could configure what the admins could see. Basically, there are four levels to chat at the moment.
1) Global chat - everyone sees this.
2) Faction chat - only members of the same factions see this.
3) PM - strictly player to player, nobody else ever sees this.
4) Admin commands - nobody but the admin who input the command can see it.
I've found situations where server hosts could benefit from being able to view these logs. IF there could be way to implement this, that would be great.
