Manually set ship prices as admin

I will soon be running a server with some others and one thing we would like is the ability to set ship prices manually rather than have the game set the prices. I don't think this would be that hard and it would fit in with all the prices for stuff being changed and what not.

Well, prices are supposed to eventually reflect supply and demand. Maybe you could add a commission on top (possibly going to the creator), but I don't think overriding the price would be the best idea.
