As I seem to be the only one experiencing this issue. I'm going to place this in support.

Neither action had any effect.
Most advanced circuits seem to be misbehaving. Shown is the one I rely on most for my logic systems.
This is a standard BENCH Flip Flop circuit. Configured in the usual method with a clock and a button
input coming into the lower OR gates.
The system will only toggle between the two shown states if ANY signal hits both OR gates.
If a signal hits only a single OR gate than it behaves Partially correct (as in an actual ON state can be
achieved at output) this resets back to the two stages if any signal is received by both OR gates.
Any thoughts?
