Yep when you are not there, anyone can do anything to your ship if you haven\'t secured it well enough. Put a faction module on your ship and tag it, if you are not in a faction make a temporary one. People could still outright destroy it, so either try your best to hide the ship or claim a home planet, just as simple as placing a faction module on a planet and dock your ship there.
