Light adjustments. Lights too weak, space too bright.

    Title says it all. As it stands, space, and thus planets, are really bright, even at night. IMO you should need PlexLights to see well if there is no sun above or nearby. (Shops should have PlexLights and beacons added to them to avoid ones far from stars being invisible). Also, it is currently far too easy for a texture to "white out" under sunlight: Hulls of any color other than black, sand, snow, etc. all do under direct sun, if you're near enough, it seems. Not that it isn't necessarily realistic, but it just looks bad...

    On the other hand, PlexLights are just too weak. You need a LOT of them to light a large space. There should be at least another type of light with a larger area of effect, if the power of current ones is not increased.
