Hello,
We are having performance issues with our StarMade server. We installed 64-Bit JRE and installed SM with the launcher. Configurating and starting is fine as usaual.
The most predominant issues affecting "playability" are:
Logic-blocks are stalling (latency visually noticable), on a few occasions a complete stall, the cycle (airlock) did not complete.
the Latency is also noticable by Salvaging, more than "normal".
We can't find the reason for it.
Script for starting:
java -Xms2G -Xmx16G -Xincgc -Xshare
ff -jar StarMade.jar -server
When the problems occur, the CPU usage is under 10%, its a i7-4790k (4 x 4,0 GHz) CPU.
Bandwith is fine, around 10.000 KB/s and a speedtests can run up to 800.000 KB/s.
RAM is fine, 4-6 GB used of 32GB available
I/O is ok, no waitio ... we have 2x 240GB SSD in RAID-0

OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.181-b13, mixed mode)
We were running the server on Windows before and I would say the latency was within the normal "range".
Any suggestions on where to look so that we can improve this?
