lag when placing blocks,adv. build mode, and structures

When I am building my supercapitalship, when I place a block for some reason it takes like 4-6 seconds to actually register that i have placed a block down and put in the block. Also when I go into advanced build mode to change the direction of something it goes from 60+fps to 1fps until I get out of advanced build mode. And *trying to fit one more bug in here* if I look at a planet, like even if I am in a different sector/system and I center my screen on the planet I start lagging hard. Almost the same as when I create a space station I lag but I have no lag when I encounter a pirate/abandon space station.
