Keeps Crashing what am i doing wrong?

Hi folks, I'm new here. Yesterday I downloaded the launcher and started the game didn't change any values or anything. Just followed instructions but game kept crashing couldn't play for more than 5 minutes any time I tried. So what am I doing wrong? Using windows 7 32 bit playing the sandbox mode my machine is a bit old but drivers etc updated.

ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: -32 is the message I get every time it crashes, any help?

I am encountering this issue too and it is very annoying. I\'m on win 7 64-bit with 64-bit java.
