Issue with starting dedicated server

The game was working fine till i started messing around with my java, when i try to start a single player game a window that says connecting appers as usal but it dosn't go away, i tried manualy starting up a server and got this:

i also cannt connect to any servers, but i am hopeing that will be fixed when i resolve this issue. Thank you in advance.

His game path had exclamation marks and spaces in it, Java apparently hates that.
