Is this still a problem with generation? Or is this Old generation

It bothers me to live on a planet that extrudes so much from one of the plates. It's on the server im on atm, is this a bug from the old generation and it's no longer present. Or does this type of generation still exist on planets from the current version as well?

Nope, that's the new generation working 'properly' :/ Apparently we're getting that fixed, and I do hope so because it is as ugly as sin.
