Ion Effect causing crash

I recently started using Ion Effects. While testing the weapons it crashed. I repeated the process several times. It only occurs when I have Ion linked to my cannons. I fire for roughly 10 seconds then the cannon sound effect goes away and then it crashes.[DOUBLEPOST=1411331524,1411329693][/DOUBLEPOST]Farther testing shows that it actually is not only affecting Ion. Whats going on?

We can't magically watch into your computer (and you probably dont want that to be possible anyway )

1. Which version
2. Which drivers / graphic card

3. Did you got an error in your logs or an error message? Look into the first config files and search for "error" or post the log files if it is too cryptic.

If you want help, post more information :D
I would try to confirm it, but I can't play since I updated my OS the last time. Catalyst does not like glamor-egl, and my other system parts don't like an old catalyst.

Sadly it did not generate a log on crash as no errors popped up.

I am using latest public build and am using a Radeon Sapphire R9 280 with up to date drivers
