Hi,
I'm new to the game and have a laptop with both an Intel HD grpahics card and an Nvidia card. As you know, there is a problem running Starmade with some Intel cards with older drivers, so I did some research on Google to find a solution.
I discovered that it is not advisable to download drivers from Intel for a computer with this configuration because the graphics cards are switchable, and this is controlled by a specific driver for the Intel card, provided by the OEM (in my case Acer).
So, after some further research I found the link below showing how to manually set the Nvidia card as the primary for a specific program. After making this change Starmade works perfectly.

I thought I would post this here in case anyone else has a similar configuration (most likely its a laptop thing).
Regards,
