Info-Beacons, planet coord list for sol systems, sorting for navigation.

I would like to see:

1. A list of planet-coordinates for Sol-systems.
   
   • 
     Just a list if you are inside 1,1,1 to 14,14,14 of sol systems (ignore outermost 2 sectors for performance reasons)
2. Info Beacons
   • 
     you can have one per 4x4x4 sectors (4^3=64 per sol system in the very worst case. Average should be
