Increase ai count Server

I am running a New server (Gods of war INNN SPAAACCE) anyways i want to make trading guild ships and pirates more common does anyone know what i can to do this in my server.cfg file or any other file i need to edit all help is greatly apprecciated

/initiate_wave wavelevel(1-10) time(seconds)

that makes pirates spawn in the sector you are in.

In the server.cfg you can try reducing the AI simulation delay time, and maximum amount of them.
