I figured out what Power Reactors I supposed to be.

So it just dawned on me what power reactors blocks are supposed to be. Cosmic Noise Antennas. There is literally so much noise out there in space. That's why the longer your antenna, the more power you collect.

Yea, they also have an alternative dark matter collection mode. The bigger the magnetic scoop (defined by group dimensions) the more dark matter is collected.

But because of the limitation of this technology, it can't handle unlimited amounts of dark matter. When 1 million dark atoms per second are reached, all additional dark matter is dropped and only the cosmic noise is used after that point.

Well, the space noise consists of random frequencies(as every noise does)
Any antenna can only recieve a a limited set of frequencies, depending on its length. [an antenna twice as long can recieve more frequencies, but less than twice the amount of frequencies)
After a certain length of the antenna, it is no longer feasable to extend it further. :p
