How to move server saves?

Me and a couple of playmates are trying to move our local save from a friends computer to a root server a friend of us is renting. I think it is possible but how exactly does one do that? We really don't want to lose any of our progress.

My buddy and I are trying to make this happen on his server - he\'s running it on his PC now and he wants to move it to a new Mac to run it as a server there. It\'s a multiplayer server - how do we do this?

Trying to move a Universe save from one instalation to another on the same computer. I wish there was a clearly makrked location you could retrive saves from, I have searched everywhere in the star made folder and have found no such thing.

I am trying to move it from my desktop to a laptop for a trip, but I have no idea how to move the save. Too much work to star over again.

I too have this problem, i need to swap my save from my pc to a dedicated server
