How to create a new world?

My current world is quite cluttered, and I'd just like to start over, only problem is, I can find the "Create a new world" button anywhere. How do I do it?

After you load the launcher, click Start Game, then before you click OK to launch the game itself, click on Tools > Reset Universe at the top of the window. It even gives you an option to create a backup of the old universe if you wish.
