How do I transfer my old Universes?

I updated and I can't seem to figure out how I get my old world into the newer version. I still have the old launcher version and my old world only seems to work on that particular .exe. I went in to the starmade folder but couldn't find anything, because I don't know what the file would be called. I googled it but all the other posts were about how to catalog your ships and stuff. heeelpp

I ran into this problem when a file went missing in my starmade build folder. I havent found the universe folder, but if you are just changing versions then you could go to tools in connection setup window (the one that pops up after you press start game).
