How do I reboot my ship?

I got too close to star, and I need to reboot my ship. When I go into build it says "Reboot to reset HP and restore systems" but it doesn't tell me how to do that. When I press J to see the controls it doesn't tell me there either.

doing anything with the overheating shipcore like placing a block on it will reboot it
