I don't know how to export it correctly

You either use the use the catalogue manager (found in the main menu under tools, you may have to tab out to actually see it) to turn the blueprint of your choice into a .sment file or you go to your blueprint folder and search the folder with the name of the blueprint and put that folder into a .zip file
