How do i change speed limit

I have been having troubles on changing the speed limit (examle i set the speed limit and to 100 and it in game it still stayes at 50 km) i tried and tried could you help me?

You can only change your speed limit in Singleplayer/a server you run.

Go to the starmade folder for your game. Right-click on the server.cfg file and set it to open in notepad. Go into the file on notepad and go to the line that says \"THRUST_SPEED_LIMIT\" and set it to whichever number you want. remember not to accidentally delete any of the spaces that separate the number from the description and the title of the line
