How do i build a wings like this in a small starter ship

This is a wing i tired to build

If you want completely smooth, you're stuck with 45°.

However, if you just want the general shape, you can use the line tool under build helper. You pick a start point, an end point, then an outline is displayed of where you need to put blocks to make your line. From there you can smooth it out.

For smaller ships I would suggest using slabs if you don't want to use 45° slopes. Slabs are helpful for small ships as it doesn't mean adding a whole block just to add a small cover to the top of a barrel or such.

If you want to build soft wings like the image, you should make your construction a little bigger, playing with angles that are not 45º, as the other partners have suggested, using slabs is efficient in small ships.
