How can I change the default texture pack?

Hello,
Since the 0.14 patch introduced the new texture packs my default has been set to the "Cartoon" textures. However, I really don't like the look of this one and would prefer to use the "Realistic" textures. Can anyone give me a walkthrough to successfully swap the two?

There is an option (dropdown menu) in the second launcher where you can just pick between the four default packs
