Setting up a bugtracker pretty much like the one Minecraft has, and make the current testers/forummods on here moderate it?
The bug section is kinda messy, sometimes important/rare issues get reported but get burried by duplicate (and sometimes non bug-related) problems that would appear 10 times in the section.
The google moderator thing for suggestions was a great step, but I'm afraid it got ditched already.... I suggest doing one or something similar for bugs, so people can easily vote for the most important bugs, it's just another bit of organisation that's going to help a lot in the end.
