Hidden Cursor Causes Pickup During Build Mode

In build mode the cursor is hidden but can still pick up items causing dialog boxes to pop up while clicking to place blocks. It's annoying as all hell (and probably a bug that should be fixed).

I realy realy hate this. I am a detail builder as in a click alot when I build my many many details and when I do I dont like my view to be covered by a box asking me soemthing I dont even want to do. I go through I dont even know how many diologe boxes sometimes and have rage quit when I ended up getting almost 10 in a row and the worst part is not that it keeps happening but that if you play minecraft normaly your mouse clicks are inverted so when i left click i lose a block and that isnt so bad because i can replace it unless you remove your AM computer with over 2.3k blocks hooked up to it.... I face desked myself when it happened and now need to position myself when this box comes up so I dont need to rehook 2.3k blocks to a computer which gets annoying very fast.

There is an option to invert mouse buttons (to Minecraft-like).
