Help with posting picture

Hi, i know this isnt the help section but i figure you guys here would know best, im trying to add some pictures to the post i click on the image icon next to table etc, i place the URL where is says the preview shows the picyure in that box (along with the weird writing aswell in that box dunno what thats for) but when i click ok nothing happens, and if i press cancel it wont, i have to reload the page to get off it, would someone mind tell me what im doing wrong.

If someone wants todo a step by step dumb dumb proof thing i wont be offended lol 8)

Just upload your pictunres to imgur and link them in your post. Thats the best way to do it imo, cause big pictures won\'t mess up your thread. Otherwise you would have to resize them.

i use imgur at the moment but i dont realy like using links.ruins the flow of the post when people have to go to the links.
