Help error at launch

When i download the game it does not even put the "Star made" folder in i just get the starter then i download it manually and put the starter in the manual file it still don't work and get this error. " "SocketException: Address Family not supported by protocol family: connect"" its getting on my nerves.



What i did step by step



I Download the starter, Only comes with the starter no other files, i download the latest updated files "Manually" then i put the starter in with those files and double click the starter and i get this "http://gyazo.com/b7b5bbaa6495407f06be811102fdb027"

The Starmade Starter should be outside of the Starmade Folder. Try that

Im also getting the same error message I tryed to see if my kaspersky was blocking it but seems thats not the problem.

Place the starter outside the folder StarMade and it will run

where is the actual starmade folder, i have had a difficult time finding it

i found the problem all you need to do is go to the start and type in search %appdata% then delete the .starmade folder then run the starter and it should work fine
