There could be new kind of block, which would use ships power to counter gravity, caused by planets. Higher ship mass would use more power, and when in full effect, you could float on top of surface without motion.
Let some blocks only be obtainable through crafting, i guess this can be 1 of them if you like. Any ship only needs 1 of it, and we could imagine it might integrate itself into ships engines. Maybe actually using the engines to auto-drive the ship against gravity, while allowing player to control the flying direction aswell.

If it\'s like part of the suggestion, that it uses ship engines to achieve it. Real anti-gravity wouldn\'t restrict your vertical speed, meaning you could go faster at the cost of more energy used.
