When i installed the game everything worked fine. After playing for a few hours in several sessions something strange happened. I alt-tabbed out of the game in windowed mode. When i switched back into the game my framerate was stuck at around 1 per second. Everything looked pixelated. It felt like hardware acceleration of the graphics card was deactivated.
I then updated all components mentioned in several threads like java and drivers. Now my framerate is ok when there is almost nothing rendered but still everything looks pixelated and the overall performance is not comparable to the initial state. With a lot of stuff rendered framerate is still at around 3 per second.
As it is right now the game is unplayable most of the time.
So im looking for advice how to fix this problem.
