Graphic Problems

When I run the game, I'm getting a box pop-up saying:

"Sorry! Your graphics card does not have the capabilites to run this Game
You need a graphics card capable of OpenGL 2.1"

I did take the tip and try to update my graphics(Mobile Intel 4 series family chipset), and the driver hasn't been updated since '08.

here if u run 64 bit do thsi download http://downloadmirror.intel.com/22166/a08/Win7Vista_64_151719.zip

it will fix it
