Factions have been a thing in Starmade since... Forever. But the factions grew beyond one server, and the biggest factions can be active on 2-4 servers at once. What I suggest to add is a global faction member list to make adding people to your faction a whole lot easier by making a list of members stored on Starmade website. Example of such system in place:
1. Faction leader makes a list of all the members in the faction on the website and creates a password so that nobody else is able to view the list and that the leader is the only one able to add/remove members.
2. Faction leader logs into a server the faction is willing to do some activity on.
3. He/she starts a faction, clicks "import member list" button and enters the faction name on the website and the password.
4. Invitations to faction are sent to all the members on the list.
