Game wont start Please help(Solved)

Ok so i downloaded the game and every thing seems to work perfectly, the only problem is the game it self wont open ive tryed the Dxdiag thing but it still doesnt work please help. -Leo

So what did you do to solve it. dont just put \"Solved\" and not tell how you fixed it. Other people have this problem too!

go to %appdata% and delete the .starmade folder, also delete the starmade folder on your desktop. then reinstall the game and it should work.
