Game Launcher Missing PRE installation settings file

When i go to options>instalation settings and select "PRE" (to try and get a newer release) it says missing file, and something about files.star-made.org/prebuildindex, is this normal or do i not have something. Please Help

you cant get a never release than the bottom one in "released"
To get to development build you need to choose "Dev"
