game download speed

Hi, i donwloaded this game yesterday on my laptop and i was able to play with my friends and everything and i had a great time, so today i decided to download it on my desktop pc but for some reason the download speed is tottaly horrible, arround 3kbps when i tryed to download it from http://files.star-made.org/build/ before failing to download. and when i tried to downlaod it from the client it download to something arround 3% and then stopped completly.

i found this very weird since yesterday i downloaded and played the game no problem and i didnt find anybody else having this problem. any information on this matter would we appreciated.
