Friends can't join my server . . .

    OK, I've started the dedicated server, added 4242 and my ipv4 address to the forwarding section of my router. I've given my ip address to my friends which I found on whatsmyip.org along with :4242 attatched to the end. After all of that, I'm still the only one who can connect to the server. What am I doing wrong?
