[Forums] Internal Thread Message Topic Removal

I'd like to put forth the removal of thread message "topics".

I understand why threads need a topic line, but I am bewildered by each sub-thread message needing a topic. It always seems like a responder is studdering, and then I remember that the forums auto-populated a topic for the thread.
